Plate is a virtual kitchen assistant application that helps users:

• Track food inventory in their kitchen, fridge, freezer, and pantry
• Discover recipes based on available ingredients
• Reduce food waste through better kitchen management
• Plan meals and organize cooking activities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service settings.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or court proceedings as required by applicable law.
